Incredible staff and location
- What did you like most?I lost my earring after I checked out and I called the hotel to have the maid look for it and they found it and kept it safe for a couple days after I returned to London. They get six stars!!!!
High expectation with disappointing reality
- What did you like most?General location is good with access to transportation and the ability to walk to Knightsbridge, Bond Street, and Oxford Street.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Very noisy location with loud cars racing through the street well in to the night. When asked for a change of room the options provided were terrible. Breakfast service was very slow with service staff overwhelmed.
