Very stressful
- What did you like most?Hi, I paid $150 on Thursday November 26th with my credit card as a security deposit because the receptionist told me every guest has to leave a caution. She also told me I would be refunded in 4 or 5 days. I usually don’t do this but I trusted the hotel because of the good and serious reviews. So I don’t understand why one week later, I still haven’t received my $150 refund. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY NOW BECAUSE I WILL HAVE A REALLY BAD SCORE CREDIT BECAUSE OF YOU. I came also at the hotel 1 week later + I called and sent messages and you said I will have my refund. So I don’t understand why you are doing this…….. Thank, Linda
