- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was not ready .although we were early. But the rest of our group got their rooms early .. Then, when we finally got to check in, it was quite a slow process.. Staff at the front desk were helpful but very slow. Pillows were not good .or comfortable
Ideal location in Toronto for...
- What did you like most?Hotel is located in great central location with close access to Yonge Street theatres, Massey Hall, and Eaton Centre. The room was large and nicely decorated. Shower was great.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The beds are lower than average heights so could pose an issue with anyone with mobility issues.
