- What did you like most?The receptionist wanted to help, but nothing was ready.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We arrived after 8 PM and, after checking in, found the room completely dirty. Used towels lay on the floor; the bed linens were used as well, and there was an unpleasant smell. We had to refuse the room and look for another hotel.
