In general! We were very happy with our stay in the Hotel, the services were excellent!
- What did you like most?The cleaning, the Service, the food (buffet) For us 17 in our group, we don’t have any complaints, we are very happy with the service for our big group all way they try to get us together for our meals.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The facility at the beach, no enough umbrellas and chairs, (we understand that was busy season)
Keep away from this hotel as it presents a false description to what it actually is.
- What did you like most?Location was great and the room was clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Broken elevators. Hotel has numerous steps with no ramps (although 1 ramp was currently being constructed). Elevators didn't work. Hotel room air conditioning was preset for 22 degrees Celsius, too cold, and was unable to turn-off as it automatically reset. Hotel provided no blankets. I was forced to keep the sliding door open to shut off air conditioner. All Inclusive option was a fraud as it requires reservations at an additional cost - Premium level.
