It was horrible I wouldn’t...
- What did you like most?The property was run down. It was horrible. I Was in room 133 the toilet didn’t flushed, the sheets weren’t changed. The tub had a ring around it. we call front desk and they immediately moved us room 121…it was worst than the last one, it had roaches in the room… and mold all over the ceiling,,omg. So I called the front desk once again to complain When I called the front desk to complain she immediately placed the phone down and didn’t come back for more then 30 minutes, so I walked down to the front desk in person. When I got there she was sitting there on her personal phone. When I asked her why she had me on hold she continued to deny that she did even though I can hear her voice from the work phone. After that I asked her about the roaches , she said yes they have roaches and that they were roach infested!! Wow she actually said that. I asked why She did not report this to me when she had charged my card. I ask to speak with the manager she said no one was available, i immediately asked for my money back After I asked to check out, and asked for my receipt . She told me she couldn’t print my receipt. After another customer came down to complain about the same thing, roaches and dirty sheet she acted as though he was the only one complaining. He demanded a refund and a reciept she she printed his receipt I was like excuse me I would like my receipt she complied and she it’s not refunded I said I will take it up with my credit card holder, I checked out immediately!!
