- What did you like most?
  The receptionists on both days were friendly and eager to help. The staff overall were amazing when one of the rooms needed to be switched. the cleaning crew was helpful when we needed something. The rooms were clean for the most part.
- Was there anything you didn't like?
  The hotel overall is what we expected with how much we paid. We didn't have high expectations but it met the basic expectations of functionality and cleanliness. There are some rooms that have been upgraded (which is great!), but there's facilities that are no longer available and blocked or very old. So when looking around, the hotel is very dim and quiet - it didn't feel inviting. We also booked three rooms and one room was switched because the vent doesn't turn on.
