Exceptional
Overall a pleasant 1-night, perfect...
- What did you like most?The room was good, the bed was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I didn't get a chance to experience breakfast or any of the amenities as I was only there for a single night, but overall it was a pretty great stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I checked in around 3:30/4 pm, dropped my bags in the room, and then left for the day. When I returned that night, my key card had been demagnetized, so I was locked out of my room. I went down to check at the desk, and the night porter told me there was nobody registered in my room number. He double checked again and found my booking, reissued my key card, and all was good again. A brief moment of panic, though, and quite strange that the system had decided the room was unoccupied and revoked the key.
