- Was there anything you didn't like?When we got there check the bed it had stains on the linen, went into the bathroom there was a roach on the tub, the flooring had look like it hadn't been swept, and I booked a king size and received a queen. I spoke to the lady in the office at the time and she advised me that she was the only person on the property and could not help me with any requests. She did not mean any of my needs. I was forced to say because I could not get her to help me with a partial or full refund for the stay. Me and my family are really unhappy with what we paid for so I will be escalating the issue.
